• What is a recurring plan?

  A recurring plan is a subscription that renews automatically every 30 days with a fresh data allowance. Unlike a one-time plan, it keeps renewing until you cancel.

• Can I cancel my recurring plan anytime?

  Yes. You can cancel anytime from the My eSIMs tab in My Account. Your plan will stay active until the end of your current 30-day cycle and will not renew again.

• When does my recurring plan start?

  Your recurring plan starts as soon as you subscribe. Your 30-day cycle begins when you subscribe, regardless of when you activate the eSIM.

• How does billing work for a recurring plan?

  You’ll be charged automatically every 30 days using the payment method you selected at checkout. You can see your next payment date under the My eSIMs tab in My Account.

• What happens when my recurring plan renews?

  Your plan renews for another 30 days on the same eSIM, so you don’t need to install a new eSIM or change anything on your device.
  For fixed data plans, you’ll receive a new data allowance when the plan renews. For unlimited plans, your daily data allowance continues to reset according to the plan terms.
  Unused data from a fixed data plan does not carry over to the next cycle.

• Can I switch to a different recurring plan?

  Not directly. To switch plans, cancel your current recurring plan and subscribe to the new one.

• How Do I Manage my Usage Abroad?

  Here are some useful tips for proper usage to utilize your eSIM data at its best:

  1. We suggest turning your wifi ON when you are at the hotel, a restaurant, or anywhere with a stable wi-fi connection.
  2. If you are using “heavy” apps such as Waze or Instagram, we recommend turning them off when not used.
  3. You can turn off “Automatic Media Download” in apps such as WhatsApp and Snapchat.

  Please note:

  To prevent extensive usage so your purchased plan doesn’t end too soon, we recommend iPhone users to disable settings that are connected to approving your device to make updates and backups without Wi-Fi.

  Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to “Settings” > “Cellular”.
  2. Make sure the below options are disabled:

  Wi-Fi Assist, iCloud Drive, and iCloud Backup.
