• Can I use a discount coupon or Voye coins with a Cruise plan?

  No. Cruise plans are excluded from all promotional discounts, including coupon codes and Voye coins. This applies to all Cruise plan tiers and durations.

• Will my eSIM work on a cruise ship?

  Yes! You will be able to use our eSIM also while on a cruise ship. Simply choose the relevant plan under the “Cruise” tab on our website and our app.

  These plans will not work on land. You can purchase a separate plan for when you are on land.

• With which cruise ships will the eSIM work?

  We work with approx. 220 cruise ships. You can find the list on the Cruises tab on our website and our app.

• Which Devices Support Voye Global’s eSIM?

• How do I install my eSIM?

  Few notes:

  • Cruises between destinations are also supported- You can find the supported cruises here.
  • Some locations have unstable network infrastructure, which might lead to a bad reception. For example the Sinay desert in Egypt is known for bad reception. While we will try to give you the best experience, we cannot vouch it for these areas.
