If extra data is required, you can choose a suitable plan, and make the payment. Additional QR scanning is not required for additional data purchases.

  Your plan will be activated by you when you reach your destination and activate your eSIM and not before that. After your first purchase, we add a complimentary 100MB plan to your account to check that everything works already in your home country. There is no extra cost to check your connection. Your plan isn’t activated while using the complimentary 100MB plan.

  1. We suggest turning your wifi ON when you are at the hotel, a restaurant, or anywhere with a stable wi-fi connection.

  2. If you are using “heavy” apps such as Waze or Instagram, we recommend turning them off when not used.

  3. You can turn off “Automatic Media Download” in apps such as WhatsApp and Snapchat.

  Please note:

  To prevent extensive usage so your purchased plan doesn’t end too soon, we recommend iPhone users to disable settings that are connected to approving your device to make updates and backups without Wi-Fi.

  Please follow the instructions below:

  2. Make sure the below options are disabled:
